Merge several PDFs into one file.

Put the application form, your scanned ID and the supporting documents in one PDF, in any order. The text is kept.

  • Free, no sign-up.
  • Your PDFs never leave your device.
  • Put the documents in order before merging.

Merge PDF

Add two or more PDFs to merge them.

Pages are copied as they are: the text stays selectable and the size is roughly the sum of the files.

    How to merge PDFs

The final PDF contains the pages of each file, in the order of the list.

    1. Add the PDFs

Drag them in or choose them. You'll see how many pages each one has.

    2. Put them in order

Use the arrows to move each document up or down. The first one in the list starts the PDF.

    3. Merge and download

Press Merge PDF and download the file. If it's too big for your application, run it through the compressor.

    Before you merge

    Three things worth knowing.

    Passwords
Password-protected PDFs can't be merged. Remove the password first in the app you use to open it.
    Digital signatures
If a PDF is digitally signed, the signature is no longer valid in the merged file. Send that document separately.
    File size
The merged PDF weighs about the same as all of them together. To make it smaller, use Compress PDF.

    Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. The documents are merged inside your browser and FacilDocs never receives them.

Do I lose quality or text when merging?

No. Pages are copied unchanged, so the text stays selectable and the quality is the same.

How many PDFs can I merge?

As many as you like. The limit is your device's memory; on phones, stick to reasonably sized documents.

Can I change the order after adding them?

Yes. Use each document's arrows to place it where you want before pressing Merge PDF.

Can I merge images with PDFs?

Convert the images first with Image to PDF, then merge all the PDFs here.
